SixS Sports is proud to partner with theDepartment of Social Welfare, Government of Karnataka in a transformative initiative that uses sport as a platform for empowerment and inclusion. This collaboration is focused on identifying and nurturing athletic talent from SC/ST and underserved communities across Karnataka, offering access to world-class sports training, education support, and life skills.
This partnership is designed to bridge two critical gaps: access to structured, high-quality sports training and a clear pathway from rural and marginalized communities to elite sporting platforms. Through this initiative, SixS Sports is embedding its full-stack development model, including physical, cognitive, and academic support, directly into Social Welfare Department programs, residential schools, and hostels.

Structured Training Camps: Multi-sport talent identification and performance training programs across government schools and district hostels—customized for students from SC/ST backgrounds.
Cognitive & Mental Wellness Programs: Introduction of the SixS Brain Training Lab model, adapted to low-resource settings, focusing on attention, reaction, and emotional resilience.
Coach Enablement: Upskilling physical education teachers and grassroots coaches with SixS’s tools and training modules to ensure consistency, quality, and care in delivery.
Scholarship & Progression: Creating a pathway for promising athletes to transition into private academies, state federations, and educational institutions via performance-linked scholarships and long-term mentoring.
This initiative aligns with Karnataka’s larger vision to uplift historically disadvantaged communities through education, sport, and opportunity. It positions sport not just as an extracurricular activity, but as a serious platform for social equity, personal growth, and upward mobility.
